SUMMARY:4H PB&J Drive
DESCRIPTION:"OSU Extension Brown County is challenging our 4-H Families and Community Members to make November "A Month of Giving!" Brown and Clermont County are partnering with Empower Youth to fill weekend food packs with a family favorite - peanut butter and jelly! Donations can be dropped off at the Extension Office and will be accepted through November 22. Empower Youth provides food packs to more than 750 youth each week in the areas they serve. The weekend food packs help to spread the love when families are spread too thin! It is encouraged that individuals donate both a peanut butter and jelly as one donation. This will allow us to fill food bags with both items. Please make sure that your donations are not expired or opened and homemade items or pre-made sandwiches will not be accepted It is very important that jelly and jam donations are in plastic jars as children have to transport the items on the bus or carry them home.\n\n \n\nThe PB&J Drive is a great way for your club\, business or organization to support the youth in our community. Get your team together (friends\, family\, co-workers and neighbors) and help us make November the month of giving!\n\n \n\nHow many jars can we get donated in Brown County?!"
