Position: Service and Support Administrator – BCBDD
Full Time – 8 Hour/Day
Qualifications: A minimum of Associate’s Degree, eligibility for ODODD
Service and Support Administration Certification,
Satisfactory BCII and Drug Screen check. Obtain First
Aide, CPR and CPI Certificate. Computer skills required.
Valid Ohio Driver’s License.
Summary of Duties: Knowledge of social services; coordinates intake and
eligibility and facilitate Board services for Individuals
with Developmental Disabilities, assess service needs;
develop Individual Service Plan for all individuals on
assigned caseload; assists individuals and families in
selecting qualified providers of services; knowledge of
behavior support planning and programs; monitoring of
the implementation of service plans; provide 24 hour crisis
intervention services as needed; able to define problems;
collect data and communicate effectively in written and oral
form; completes service and training documentation, and
maintain records and reports in a timely manner.
Work Schedule: Flexible as needed, normally Monday through Friday,
8:00 a. m. to 4:00 p. m.
