9:15 – 10:00– A Conceptual Model for GRIT 3.0-Opportunity Mindset

11:00 – Noon -Panel discussion – Building the Appalachian Workforce: How Data Meets Opportunity

Workforce Leaders in: Health & Human Service, Manufacturing, Trades & Critical Services, Remote Work

Noon – 1:00 -Working Lunch -Speed Learning

Connecting Youth & Adults to Critical Career Pathways (Round table discussion)
Participants will be able to participate in follow-up dialogues with agency leaders who are providing pathways to opportunity through both job training and linkages to internships and jobs.

Critical local infrastructure such as water & sewer, etc.
