Ohio Tourism Day on May 10

Description

Tourism is big business in Ohio, with 219 million tourism visits a year, 40 million overnight visits, and $47 billion spent by visitors. Tourism benefits businesses far beyond the sites that bring visitors to Ohio.
 
To celebrate that, we're hosting Ohio Tourism Day from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 10, on the West Plaza of the Ohio Statehouse in Columbus. The event will include entertainment, demonstrations, and interactive experiences. And there will be dozens of booths representing tourist sites and attractions around the state so people can plan their summer activities.
