Evaluate
The BCMHAS Board contracts with local providers for the provision of services. The Board assess and evaluate the services provided in order to confirm that these services are cost effective and efficient, while providing the appropriate level of care.
Fund
The BCMHAS Board funds and promote local support through levies, grants, and partnerships. In addition to the federal, state, and local funds utilized for services. The Board also works garner grant funding and community partnerships to support their local continuum of care.
Plan
BCMHAS Board plans for a unified system of care by working with consumers, family members, providers, and the public to identify the components necessary to ensure that high quality, cost effective, and culturally competent mental health and/or addiction services are available to meet the needs of the community.
Assess
Utlizing local evaluation and community input, the BCMHAS Board assesses community needs in order to set priorities and determine the types of services, programs, and facilities to provide an integrated continuum of care for Brown County.
Monitor
BCMHAS reviews and audit the delivery of services through outcomes and programmatic and fiscal monitoring.
Collaborate
The BCMHAS collaborates with families, consumers, law enforcement, stakeholders, faith-based and community organizations to ensure that they are providing the most effective prevention, treatment, and recovery support services to meet the needs of the of the community.
