Ripley to celebrate grand opening for outdoor refreshment area!
 
The press and public are invited to join the Village of Ripley on our Main Street as we celebrate our Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area on Wednesday, September 7th from 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm.  The event will feature a ribbon cutting to officially mark the opening of an area of downtown where individuals are allowed to walk freely with alcoholic beverages in designated cups.  Known as DORA, visitors can watch the Ohio River go by, enjoy a seat in the shade or browse the shops downtown all while enjoying an adult beverage from our three DORA partners; Brookies, Snappers Saloon and the Ripley Boat Club.

Join us for a Business After Hours social/networking event from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Our Business After Hours give you the chance to network with other business leaders out of the office and off the clock. You will have the opportunity to introduce yourself to other members, exchange business cards, make new business contacts, win door prizes, and enjoy refreshments. The Brown County Chamber of Commerce will facilitate the ribbon cutting at 5:30 pm.
