Description
From 10am-2pm visitors can enjoy free tours of the US Grant Boyhood Home as well as the Grant Schoolhouse, visit our local Grant statues, and see 4 amazing Grant murals! Feel free to grab lunch at a local restaurant during this time. Beginning at 1:30pm, at the Gaslight Theater, 301 S. Main St, in Georgetown, the program will be opened with period music by Harriet Groh Accompanied by Brian Frebis. From 2pm-4pm General Grant (Curt Fields) will present "The Confederate Officers Ulysses Knew", a free program including a "Q & A" session! Following the presentation the USGHA welcomes visitors to attend a "membership" meeting at the theater.
