Duties

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the electrical department, ensuring operational excellence and team development.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment in residential settings.
• Conduct troubleshooting to identify and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
• Ensure all work complies with Ohio state codes and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with HVAC and plumbing teams to provide integrated solutions.
• Oversee project scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to achieve performance goals.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, communicating timelines and costs clearly.

• Ohio State Electrician License (required).
• Proven experience in residential electrical installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Leadership experience in managing teams or departments.
• Knowledge of safety procedures, codes, and regulations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
