Pay: From $21.00 per hour
 
Schroeder Law Group and Ohio Legacy Law are looking for a driven Project Manager to build systems, enforce workflows, and help move the firm to a higher level of operational performance.
This role is for someone who is highly organized, process-oriented, mathematically capable, and motivated to create order, accountability, and measurable results across the firm.
The right candidate does not wait to be told what is broken. This person sees inefficiency, builds better systems, follows through, and makes sure projects move from intake to completion without excuses or missed steps.
 
Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and refine firm systems that improve efficiency, consistency, and accountability.
  • Manage workflows for client projects and internal firm operations from start to finish.
  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and bottlenecks to keep matters moving on time.
  • Identify, measure, and report key performance indicators for workflow, productivity, and operational success.
  • Spot weak points in current processes and take initiative to fix them.
  • Work directly with attorneys and staff to ensure systems are followed and standards are maintained.
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project management, operations, administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong math aptitude and comfort working with numbers, metrics, and performance tracking.
  • Logical thinker with a disciplined, process-driven approach to work.
  • High level of personal accountability, reliability, and follow-through.
  • Loyal, professional, and committed to helping build a stronger organization.
